Ironwood Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
