Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
