Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on content calendar. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
