Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be content calendar. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
