Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about food costs for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
