Rivermark Maple Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on content calendar for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding.
