Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Toledo, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about store inventory for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
