Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Telecom and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. We invest in training. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
