Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Harborlight Ember Press is a printer and publisher in Indianapolis serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
