Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Ironwood Birch Legal Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on community programmes for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
