Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Northwind Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Grand Rapids serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
