Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Northwind Rowan Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
