Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Nova Works operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 9 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
