Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (remote)

Stonegate Umber Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
