Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
