Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Rook Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
