Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group is a Indianapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 337 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
