Bluepeak Sable Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on community programmes for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
