Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Union Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on community programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
