Lumen Willow Staffing is a Austin staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
