Senior Marketing Coordinator - community programmes (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Pine Staffing and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be community programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
