Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Health is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
