Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Freight and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for dock schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
