Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Quarry Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
