Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Granite Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Salt Lake City and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
