Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
