Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for hardship programmes in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
