Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
