Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
