Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
