Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Phoenix, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
