Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Property Management Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
