Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Greenridge Ember Property Management manages apartment communities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
