Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
