Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Rochester region, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
