Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
