Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Northwind Junction Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
