Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
