Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Greenridge Sable Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
