Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
