Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
