Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Foods Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for sanitation schedules in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
