Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence.
