Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
