Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Stonegate Willow Construction is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
