Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
