Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Press and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for press runs in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
