Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Construction and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
