Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Silverline Mill Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for proof of delivery in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
