Senior Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Nova Ridge Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
